At ATS our one-day (10 hr.) extensive CQB tactical mini-camp and shoot house training program prioritizes basic essential CQB skills and provides a condensed yet effective experience to advanced shoot-house tactics. This one-day curriculum aims to cover the most essential aspects of shoot-house room clearing and CQB training in a limited time frame, providing participants with practical skills and knowledge for close-quarters engagements for the everyday citizen looking to raise their knowledge and overall experience. You will experience real scenario based missions, and learn how to develop team chemistry in leadership and communication. Class includes a Combat Tourniquet Application Certification. Enjoy a nice early morning breakfast followed by a great BBQ lunch at around mid-day to get you going into the missions in the afternoon.

In the future, if you decide to take our advanced two-day min-camp, ATS will provide a discounted 10% rate for that class as well as a 10% discounted rate at a near-by hotel, to stay overnight, if not local.

Morning Session: Classroom and Hands-On Instruction

Mid-Afternoon Session: Practical Exercises (Static & Shoot-House)

Late-Afternoon Session: Scenario-Based Exercises and Conclusion

Fundamental Goals
  • Ensure that safety is consistently emphasized throughout the training.
  • Limit live-fire exercises to those that can be conducted safely in the available time frame.
  • Adjust the complexity of scenarios based on the participants’ experience level.
  • Encourage constant communication and teamwork during practical exercises.
  • Use after-action reviews to reinforce learning points and provide constructive feedback.

Classes begin at 09:00 sharp! and will conclude approx. 18:00 (9-10 hrs.) Please arrive early around 08:30 for registration, breakfast, and check-in. ATS Private executive training complex and range.

Prerequisite

Completion of a legitimate training course, or the ATS Tier 4CCW Training Course (highly recommended, (but not required) OR have some experience in a structured “run and gun” firearm training environment, Shooting from a holster a definite must. Having some basic prior experience in firearm self-defense safety and handling pistol handguns in firearm shooting applications like live scenarios would be very helpful and recommended.

Classes begin at 09:00 sharp! and will conclude approx. 18:00. Please arrive early for registration, breakfast, and check-in.

Gear to Bring (Mandatory and Optional Gear)
  • A baseball style cap (or hat)
  • Safety glasses or eyeglasses
  • Ear protection
  • Comfortable outdoor clothing. (Make sure you are prepared for all weather conditions)
  • Sturdy footwear suitable for rapid gravel/dirt terrain movement
  • Sturdy utility carry belt
  • Minimum of 3-4 Magazines w/ pouches (mandatory)
  • Bring current firearm used for everyday conceal carry or your tactical firearm
  • Bring EDC holster used for everyday conceal carry, or your belt-mounted tactical firearm holster.
  • 600 rounds of ammunition (at a minimum). Ammunition is NOT included in cost.
  • Ammo loading device
  • Small handheld flashlight
  • Knee and elbow pads are (optional)
  • A Tactical Vest (optional)
  • Personal hydration system, such as a water bottle or Camelback (optional)
  • Sunscreen (optional) (Strongly recommended)
  • Notebook, pen/pencil (optional)
